Job summary

noon is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join the Cross Border logistics team in Riyadh. You will manage import and export clearance for both freezone and mainland activities, entering shipment data into the ERP system with speed and accuracy while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with freight forwarders, brokers and authorities, maintaining records, tracking clearance statuses, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry experience in logistics or import/export preferred
• Knowledge of freezone and mainland import/export procedures and regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Preferred certification in logistics or supply chain management
• Experience with clearance operations documentation and data accuracy

• Accurately enter import and export shipment data into the company’s ERP system with speed and precision.
• Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation for customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with freezone and mainland customs regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain organized records of all shipments and clearance documents.
• Verify the accuracy of data received from suppliers and clients.
• Assist in tracking shipments and updating stakeholders on clearance status.
• Generate periodic reports on clearance operations and data accuracy.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in the import/export sector.
• Familiarity with freezone and mainland import/export procedures and regulations.
