Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel Motors in Jeddah is seeking a Warehouse Operation Supervisor to oversee receiving, binning, storage, picking and dispatch activities.

You will drive efficiency by implementing Toyota Production System, ensuring accurate parts handling, coordinating with Quality, Production, Planning and Inventory teams, and maintaining daily stock reports and KPI audits. The role emphasizes safety, accountability, and team development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or high school.
• At least 3 years of total experience.
• At least 2 years in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) in the main Warehouse operation to improve productivity.
• Ensure the right parts are handled at the right time with the right quality and full resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Planning, Inventory and PD for parts feeding and stock documentation.
• Manage daily 5S / PPO audits and update stock reports daily & monthly.
• Develop succession plans and training programs for team members.
• Prepare annual leave plans for staff to avoid vacations conflicts.
• Monitor sections, set targets and control operation costs per policy.

Purpose of the Job

Proper supervision of warehouse operations (Receiving, Binning, Storage, Picking & Dispatch) to improve productivity by ensuring that the right parts are handled at right time with right quality by fully utilization of available warehouse resources at PIO warehouses as per company policies.

Major Activities

1. Manage the implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) in the main Warehouse operation to ensure that parts are stored and piled up are in accordance with the targeted level by adhering to the process and procedures thereby improving business productivity
2. Ensuring that the right parts are handled at right time with right quality with fully utilization of available warehouse resources at PIO Sub warehouse as per company policies
3. Coordinate with the various departments (Quality, production, Planning, Inventory and PD) in the submission of parts, documentation like PIO order slip, parts discrepancy reports to related departments to reconcile information regarding receiving and issuing of stocks
4. Manage the Implementation on Daily basis 5S /PPO Audit / IMTITHAL, update & Display Reports Update Stock Reports on Daily & Monthly basis.
5. Develop succession plan and training programs for team members for context menu
6. Prepare annual leave plan for Staff reporting to him, to avoid conflicts between vacations and not affect the daily operation
7. Manage the knowledge transfer to staff and implement the succession plans to improve staff satisfaction and productivity and develop them to become multi-skilled workers.
8. Monitor the sections and set the new targets for each section and institute control of the operation cost as per approved company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Business or high schoo

3 Years Experience (at least 2 Year Warehouse Operations Experience)
