Job summary

Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse activities across receipt, storage, picking and dispatch. You will drive inventory accuracy, OTIF performance, and cost targets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, storage, replenishment, and dispatch, leading teams, planning shifts, and monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, IE, or related field.
• 7+ years in warehouse/distribution; 3+ years in management.
• Experience in retail/Grocery/FMCG preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Lead warehouse teams, planning and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs like OTIF, productivity, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, temperature control.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean, 5S, and WMS.
