Job summary

Seara International in Jeddah is seeking a Storekeeper to manage end-to-end receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials for food production. You will verify POs and delivery notes, conduct temperature checks for cold and frozen inventory, log transactions in SAP or similar WMS, and maintain strict batch, lot, and expiry controls.

The role requires ensuring FIFO/FEFO adherence, high stock accuracy, proper storage conditions, and compliance with GWP/HACCP, 5S, and EHS policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a general warehouse role within Food & Beverage, FMCG, Cold Chain, or Meat Processing.
• Understanding of raw material handling, receiving verification, stock reconciliation, and production support.
• Experience posting transactions and managing inventory balances in ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and packaging against POs and delivery notes.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and monitor batch, lot, and expiry controls.
• Log material receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns in ERP/WMS; support production with timely material releases.
• Monitor cold chain conditions and ensure segregation of raw ingredients, allergens, and sanitation chemicals.
• Enforce Food Safety, GWP, HACCP, and EHS standards; maintain clean, organized storage spaces using 5S.
