Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee finished goods operations, ensure accurate SAP transactions, and maintain inventory integrity. You will coordinate stock, reporting, and daily workflows across multiple departments to meet production and distribution goals.

The role requires at least two years in a supply chain capacity within FMCG, strong English skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a supply chain role, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in cross-functional roles is an advantage.
• Strong English (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate efficient staging and management of the finished goods warehouse.
• Manage stock levels and allocations to ensure optimum storage capacity.
• Ensure daily transactions and reconciliations are completed; review movements in SAP; perform COSO tests.
• Maintain stock allocation and accuracy in SAP and documentation.
• Follow up with all store activities; ensure daily transactions and reconciliations are completed; review SAP movements; perform weekly COSO tests.
• Maintain outside picking area stock with daily reconciliation as a key responsibility.
• Ensure timely reporting of slow/non-moving inventories and liquidation per plan.
• Prepare weekly plans and assign resources to cover production and sales needs.
• Track KPI daily to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and inspections with Engineering.
