Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse functions, ensure compliance with procedures, and support cross-functional teams including Production Planning, Quality and Freight. You will coordinate stock, pallet movements, and daily transactions, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and KPI reporting.

The role requires at least two years in a supply chain capacity, preferably in FMCG, with strong English communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a supply chain role with cross-functional experience.
• Experience in a Food manufacturing organization is an advantage.
• Bachelor level degree in Commerce, Finance or Technical studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staging and management of finished goods warehouse.
• Manage stock levels and allocations for optimum storage.
• Ensure daily transactions and reconciliations are completed.
• Review SAP movements and perform weekly COSO tests.
• Maintain stock allocation and SAP documentation.
• Ensure daily and monthly KPI reports are prepared.
• Comply with safety and quality standards and annual training.
