Job summary

PepsiCo in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, and optimize efficiencies across inbound, outbound, and inventory control functions.

You will coordinate staging, stock levels, SAP transactions, and KPI reporting while collaborating with Production, Planning, Export, EHS, Quality and Freight teams to meet regional targets. Strong English, 2+ years in supply chain, and a leadership mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a supply chain role.
• Good English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Self-motivated with leadership qualities and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient staging and management of the finished goods warehouse.
• Manage stock levels and allocations to ensure optimum storage capacity.
• Review and reconcile SAP movements; perform periodic COSO tests.
• Maintain stock allocation and accuracy in SAP and documentation.
• Ensure daily & monthly reports including KPI and shipments are updated timely.
• Track KPI daily to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operator safety procedures.
