Job summary

meena Health seeks a seasoned professional for senior warehouse/supply chain management in the pharmaceutical sector. The candidate will oversee regulatory adherence and inventory control while coordinating with QA, compliance, and operations to ensure high standards across storage and distribution.

Ideal applicants hold SCFHS registration with CISCP/CISCM preferred, and bring extensive experience in GMP, GSDP, and QMS, ready to lead inspections and optimize ERP/WMS processes.

Qualifications

• Valid registration and classification from SCFHS as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician is required.
• CISCP, CISCM is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of warehouse or supply chain management in pharma/healthcare.
• Deep understanding of GSDP, cGMP, and QMS.

Job description

Certification: Valid registration and classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician is required.

CISCP,CISCM is highly preferred

Experience :

• Experience: 7+ years of warehouse or supply chain management experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• SFDA Compliance: Ability to act as the officially licensed facility representative during SDFA inspections, audits, and compliance
• Technical Systems: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Quality Control: Proven track record handling inventory count audits, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Knowledge of Inventory control system , parameters and required implementation producers.
