Job summary

AcedrA BioPharmaceuticals is seeking a Warehouse Quality Manager in Riyadh to oversee shipping, receiving, storage and inventory control, ensuring GDP/GSDP and Saudi FDA compliance across the distribution network.

The role requires a Pharmacist degree, solid knowledge of cold chain management, and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics; the candidate will lead warehouse staff and contribute to budget planning.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field; Pharmacist degree is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of cold chain management.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical supplies, health commodities and equipment.
• Must be able to meet Saudi FDA requirements.
• Working knowledge of import and export documentation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties of the Operations Department including shipping, receiving, storage and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and GDP/GSDP and Saudi FDA guidelines.
• Supervise logistics and warehouse personnel and input to annual budget.
• Establish and enforce procedures for the Ops dep., and train staff.
• Develop contingency plans and assess critical items.
