Job summary

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Riyadh. The role requires hands-on leadership of warehouse activities, strong inventory control, and coordination with purchasing and production to ensure material availability.

Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, preferably Odoo, is essential. The ideal candidate will oversee receiving, storage, issuance, counting processes, and KPI reporting while ensuring safety, efficiency, and space optimization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of warehouse/inventory management experience with hands-on warehouse manager duties.
• Experience in receiving, storage, issuing and physical inventory counting processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Track material movement from receiving to issuance.
• Conduct periodic and surprise counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize storage locations and optimize space utilization.
• Manage the warehouse team and monitor performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, slow-moving and missing items.
• Prepare periodic inventory and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, with hands-on experience as a warehouse manager, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing receiving, storage, issuing, and physical inventory counting processes to ensure inventory record accuracy.
• Experience in managing warehouse teams, organizing location layouts, and efficiently handling material movement.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels, slow-moving items, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Coordination with purchasing and production departments to ensure material availability in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in using ERP / WMS systems, with a preference for experience in Odoo.
• Proficiency in preparing inventory reports and performance KPIs.
• Adherence to safety, quality, and warehouse organization procedures.
