Job summary

You will inspect deliveries, update records, prepare cost analyses, and report on purchasing activities. The role requires close collaboration with staff and stakeholders and adherence to PO directions and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with vendors and clients to process orders.
• Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure on-time receipt.
• Inspect purchased products upon delivery and report issues promptly.
• Update records of purchased products.
• Prepare reports and perform cost analysis for purchases.
• Attend and contribute to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
• Process order purchasing from the Market based on PO directions.
• Notify Market price differences to support proper decision.
• Scan invoices with Received Date and Delivery Note numbers, prepare the daily.
• Consolidate all daily purchases per BU and relay invoices to CBU Coordinators.
• Deliver purchased items to BU stores, seek signatures on Delivery Notes.
• Handle claims with suppliers when needed.
