Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables
• Present menus
• Answer questions on menu items and recommend signature dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar efficiently
• Serve orders promptly ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction
• Attend to guest needs with courtesy paying attention to detail throughout their visit
• Handle billing processes accurately and assist with guest payments
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness organization and a welcoming atmosphere
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Must have requirements

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar guest service role in a high-end or luxury hotel/restaurant.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
