As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
• Ensure that all guest requests are promptly addressed
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
• Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs)
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (English-speaking jobs)
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
