Deutsche Bank AG in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Country Business Head for Trust and Securities Services (TSS) to oversee custody, clearing and related offerings in the Saudi market. You will drive P&L, client strategy, regulatory engagement and align local plans with regional and global objectives.

Lead a local team, manage key client relationships, coordinate with regulators, exchanges and product teams, and ensure governance, risk management and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years overall experience, at least 5 years in securities services/post-trade.
• Experience in regulatory engagement and client management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own the P&L for the local TSS book of accounts and drive delivery of business objectives.
• Lead the local team to execute strategy and ensure alignment with broader bank and TSS goals.
• Manage key client relationships through regular engagement, service reviews and escalations.
• Coordinate with regulators, exchanges, and product teams to enhance custody and post-trade offerings.
• Drive risk management, governance, and operational excellence across the local market.
