Job summary

Ant International is seeking a FIBD and BD expert based in Saudi Arabia to lead payments-focused partnerships with banks and ecosystem players. You will own launches, coordinate across Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, and Risk, and translate market insights into GTM and pricing strategies.

A native Arabic speaker with fluent English and deep Saudi market knowledge is required, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
3–6 years in business development, partnerships or commercial payments in Saudi Arabia.
Established relationships with major Saudi banks.
Fluent English and native Arabic speaker.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
Ability to work in seasonal peak environments (Ramadan/Hajj).

Responsibilities

Partner and manage relationships with banks, acquirers, PSPs and payment gateways.
Lead end-to-end launch and expansion projects and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Ops.
Drive merchant adoption of Alipay+ through partners and merchant training.
