Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, seeks a VP Marketing, based in Riyadh, to lead the marketing agenda and drive brand growth across Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping marketing strategy, building strong brands, and driving consumer-led growth.

You will work closely with senior leadership to define the organisation's marketing vision and translate market opportunities into impactful strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience within FMCG.
• Senior leadership experience leading marketing functions and shaping the marketing agenda.
• Strong track record of building and growing brands within highly competitive FMCG markets.
• Proven ability to lead change and bring fresh thinking to established brands and businesses.
• Deep understanding of evolving consumer behaviour and translating insights into meaningful growth opportunities.
• Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
