Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and building project management.
• Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia's building codes, regulations, and local authority procedures.
• Proven experience with building projects in Riyadh or other major cities in Saudi Arabia.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software and BIM tools.
• Strong technical expertise in building systems, structural coordination, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex design coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of building projects from concept to construction-ready designs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities including structural, MEP, fire safety, and landscape integration.
• Review and approve architectural design deliverables at various stages.
• Ensure all designs comply with Saudi Arabia's building regulations and local authority requirements.
• Manage design interfaces to identify clashes and design conflicts.
• Liaise with municipal authorities and stakeholders during development and approvals.
• Provide technical support during tender stages and through construction execution.
