Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking a proactive candidate to join the Amazon vendor operations group in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on helping vendors optimize use of Amazon tools, managing POs and shipments, and driving catalog content and procurement improvements.

Ideal applicants will have a bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, and experience with procurement processes. They should be able to communicate clearly, handle multiple tasks, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly in writing and speech.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with procurement processes (PO placement, lead times, vendor coordination) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist vendors in becoming proficient with Amazon tools and provide ongoing operational support (PO management, shipment tracking).
• Provide training on catalog content population and procurement processes.
• Interact directly with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance vendor performance and operational metrics.
• Take ownership of operational challenges, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
• Source store-level pricing and promotions from vendors and execute using internal tools.
• The role may require weekend work but not more than a 5-day work week.
