NERA's Growth & Development team is seeking a motivated Tamheer Trainee to support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects and business development initiatives in emerging aviation technologies, UAS, UTM, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field.
• Recent graduate eligible for the Tamheer program with no GOSI registration in the past six months.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Strong academic background and interest in project coordination, business development or emerging technologies.
• Eligibility for Tamheer program as specified by Saudi authorities.

The trainee will support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects and business development initiatives, with a particular focus on emerging aviation technologies, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).

The role offers hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, business development, and operational planning. The trainee will work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives while developing professional and technical skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities between internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate and professional meeting minutes.
• Create high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Follow up on action plans and project timelines.
• Organize meetings and manage correspondence.
• Prepare periodic reports and project tracking dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Recent graduate eligible for the Tamheer program in accordance with the applicable eligibility requirements, should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.
