The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years in utilities and infrastructure, and mandatory PMC experience; strong design review and coordination skills are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in utilities and infrastructure projects.
• PMC experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical utility systems, pipelines, pumping stations, and infrastructure works.
• Experience reviewing utility design documents and technical submissions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical utility construction activities across the project.
• Review utility design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor the installation of water supply, sewage, stormwater, chilled water, and district cooling networks where applicable.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility authorities, and stakeholders.
• Monitor testing and commissioning of mechanical utility systems.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality procedures.
• Prepare inspection reports, technical documentation, and progress reports.
• Support successful project delivery within schedule and quality objectives.
