Job summary

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) in Jeddah seeks a seasoned Project Management Engineer to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex infrastructure and building projects.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities, review technical submissions, ensure HSE compliance, and manage documentation to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a design consultancy environment.
• Experience with AOR/authority approvals and project management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities to meet project requirements.
• Review drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, quality, schedule, and compliance with approved requirements.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders and support the approval process.
• Identify and resolve project-related technical and coordination issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Prepare and review progress reports, technical documentation, and project correspondence.
• Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Management Engineer to join our team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review project drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, schedule, and compliance with approved requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders and support the approval process.
• Identify and resolve project-related technical and coordination issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures.
• Prepare and review progress reports, technical documentation, and project correspondence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a design consultancy firm.
• Previous AOR/authority-related experience is required.
• Experience in project management, engineering consultancy, and infrastructure/building projects.
• Strong experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Knowledge of project management procedures, technical documentation, and authority approvals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/project management software.
