Job summary

Raffles The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia seeks a Greeter/Arrival Coordinator to welcome guests at the airport arrival area and ensure a seamless start to their luxury experience.

You will greet guests by name, coordinate with airport personnel, arrange hotel transfers, assist with luggage, and liaise with Front Office and VIP teams to uphold our five-star standards and smooth guest passage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a 5-star hotel, often Bell or Door service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy luggage.
• Knowledge of airport layouts, hotel facilities, and local highlights.
• Impeccable grooming and professional English with cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Arrival Coordination: monitor daily guest arrival lists and flight details.
• The Welcome: greet guests with a personalized signboard and name usage.
• Logistics Management: coordinate hotel cars and maintain brand standards.
• Luggage Handling: assist guests from carousel to vehicle with care.
• VIP Liaison: inform Front Office and Butler teams of VIPs en route.
• Service Recovery: address delays, lost luggage, or transport issues; report concerns.
