Job summary
VaporVM is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Architect to design and implement a robust UC infrastructure supporting IVR, voice, video and collaboration tools. You will lead the technical design and end-to-end integration across Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and WebEx platforms.
Responsibilities include optimizing call flows, ensuring QoS, redundancy, and disaster recovery, and integrating UC with CRM and contact center apps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years in Unified Communications and telephony systems.
- Expertise with Cisco, Avaya, Teams, Zoom, WebEx UC platforms.
- Lead design and implementation of IVR-enabled UC environments.
- Strong knowledge of IVR systems and UC integrations.
- Proficient in SIP, RTP, SBCs, gateways, PBX and call routing.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust UC infrastructure for IVR-enabled solutions.
- Lead technical design and end-to-end UC integration projects.
- Configure call flows, gateways, and session management.
- Ensure QoS, redundancy and disaster recovery for UC systems.
- Interoperate with CRM, C2M databases and contact center apps.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot UC/IVR issues and optimise calls.
