Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Testing and Commissioning Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all systems, equipment, and installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements before deployment. You will coordinate testing activities, manage documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless commissioning processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

  • Coordinate and schedule testing and commissioning activities across multiple projects and work streams
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive testing and commissioning plans and procedures
  • Prepare and organize all required documentation, including test reports, checklists, and compliance records
  • Monitor testing progress and track completion of all commissioning milestones and deliverables
  • Communicate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and timelines
  • Identify and document any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformances discovered during testing phases
  • Maintain detailed records of all testing activities, results, and corrective actions taken
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the commissioning process
  • Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate with quality assurance teams to verify that all systems meet specified performance criteria
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and facilitate resolution of identified issues
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases for all testing and commissioning documentation
Qualifications
  • Proven 8 years of experience in testing and commissioning coordination or similar quality assurance roles
  • Strong knowledge of testing procedures, protocols, and commissioning processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping practices
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
  • Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Experience with quality assurance and quality control methodologies
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferred experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure projects
  • Preferred familiarity with regulatory documentation and compliance frameworks
  • Preferred experience with testing equipment and instrumentation
