Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree is advantageous but not essential.
• Professional certifications are desirable such as Oracle Database Certification, Microsoft SQL Server Certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), PMIS-related certifications.
• Typically 12+ years of experience in database administration, PMIS implementation, or project controls systems.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
