Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience including design management and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, FF&E projects, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the Design Team and construction on site.
• Coordinate design deliverables across multiple projects and ensure approvals.
• Review drawings, specs, materials, and technical submissions.
• Oversee FF&E development, procurement coordination, installation and handover.
• Attend sites regularly to monitor execution and resolve issues with stakeholders.
