Job summary

Super Micro Computer seeks an organized Operations Manager, Technology Enablement – MEA, to serve as the operational backbone for the Technology Enablement function in Riyadh and across the MEA region.

You will blend program management, process excellence, and executive annex support with office administration to ensure enablement programs run flawlessly and executives stay focused on high‑value activities. The role supports growth in a fast‑expanding AI/data center market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in operations management, enablement operations, program management, or executive support in a high-tech environment.
• Proven experience providing high-level executive assistant support to senior leaders (Director/VP level or above).
• Strong project and process management skills in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) and basic data visualization in Excel/Power BI.
• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Experience working in or with Middle East markets (KSA/GCC) desired.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% within KSA/MEA.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve operational processes, workflows, and governance for regional Technology Enablement programs.
• Own the enablement intake and prioritization process with cross-functional teams.
• Manage calendars, timelines, logistics, and events including trainings, webinars, and demos.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; report to VP and global leadership.
• Support LMS, content repositories, and knowledge base tooling.
• Drive standardization, automation, and adoption of digital/AI tools.
• Coordinate regional event logistics including venues, AV, and travel.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and procurement for enablement activities.
• Support knowledge sharing to scale best practices across MEA.
• Provide high-level support to the MEA Technology Enablement team including travel, briefing materials, and meetings.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and act as liaison with Sales Ops, HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities.
• Manage Riyadh office operations and hybrid work environment.
