Job summary

Super Micro Computer seeks a (Sr.) Manager of Data Center Field Operations & Logistics to lead and optimize infrastructure operations across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, with strategic oversight for future growth into EMEA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in data center operations or logistics management.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional regional teams.
• Strong server hardware and Supermicro platform knowledge.
• Experience with IOR/EOR and trade compliance in Middle East.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross- functional team providing on-site, remote, and customer-facing support across SA and Middle East.
• Act as technical authority for server hardware issues with Supermicro and GPU deployments.
• Drive root cause analysis and service improvements for efficiency.
• Manage SLAs/KPIs and field service performance; optimize service desk processes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor technical and logistics staff.
• Oversee hardware depot operations, inventory, and receipt management.
• Handle customs documentation and UAE import/export compliance.
• Coordinate international shipments with logistics partners to meet timelines.
• Obtain permits and certifications for importing/exporting server hardware.
• Be regional point of contact for logistics, compliance, and regulatory bodies.
• Address shipment delays and compliance challenges with contingency plans.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions and planning.
