Job summary

Abbott in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support Diagnostics in Core Diagnostic on-site at our Riyadh location. You will apply domain knowledge to service medical devices, perform product implementations, and address customer-specific requirements with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Biomedical Engineering degree and a Saudi Council of Engineers license, with proven field service experience and strong troubleshooting skills to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Biomedical Engineer degree.
• Saudi Council of Engineers license (SCE).
• Experience in Medical Device Field Service.

Job Responsibilities.

• Experienced professional individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
• Applies subject matter knowledge in the area of Medical Device Field Service.
• Requires capacity to apply skills/knowledge within the context of specific needs or requirements.
• As the Experienced professional in the Medical Device Field Services Sub-Function, possesses well developed skills in technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.

What You’ll Work On

• Assesses products need in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
• Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization members.

Bachelor's / Biomedical Engineer.
