Job summary

Abbott in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Technical Services Specialist to support diagnostics equipment in Core Diagnostic. The role is based on-site in Riyadh with responsibilities spanning technical analysis, product implementations, and customer collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Biomedical Engineering degree and a Saudi Council of Engineers license, with proven experience in field service for medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Biomedical Engineer degree.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license is referenced in the Licenses section of the ad.

Responsibilities

• Experienced professional individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
• Applies subject matter knowledge in the area of Medical Device Field Service.
• Requires capacity to apply skills/knowledge within the context of specific needs or requirements.
• As the Experienced professional in the Medical Device Field Services Sub-Function, possesses well developed skills in technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.

Job Responsibilities

As the Technical Services Specialist, you’ll have the chance to
