Lenovo is seeking a Senior Technical Team Leader in Saudi Arabia to guide a team of technical specialists and solution architects while actively participating in strategic customer engagements and executive discussions. Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical sales, presales, solution architecture, or related IT consulting.
• Experience leading technical or presales teams while engaging in strategic opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, AI.
• Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions to enterprise clients, lead workshops and PoCs.
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the Saudi technology market and digital transformation landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of technical specialists and solution architects.
• Participate in strategic customer engagements, executive meetings, workshops, demos, architecture discussions.
• Partner with sales to identify and advance complex opportunities.
• Support design of end-to-end infrastructure solutions across servers, storage, AI, cloud, edge, software.
• Engage in high-value opportunities, shaping architectures and proposals.
• Lead responses for RFPs, RFIs, PoCs, benchmarks, and evaluations.
• Ensure technical excellence across presentations and deliverables.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, SI to address requirements.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and translate to solutions.
• Build high-performance technical culture focused on customer success.
