Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Mega / Strategic Project Sales Manager to lead business development and opportunity management in Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. You will coordinate with internal teams to position Eaton’s electrical power management solutions across large projects.

The role requires a strong track record in technical and commercial bids, and deep relationships with EPC contractors and major end-users, including PIF entities. Onsite in Riyadh with global support and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in electrical engineering (Professional Technician, Bachelor’s, or Master’s).
• Minimum 10 years in large projects, preferably electrical or related fields.
• Experience with techno‑commercial offers for LV switchgear, busway, ATS, and related electrical solutions.
• Strong relationships with EPC contractors and major market players in Saudi Arabia.
• Well established relationships with C‑level decision‑makers in PIF entities and major users.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new project opportunities within the region.
• Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate project concepts into solutions.
• Maintain project data in Salesforce and lead regular business reviews.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline, quotations, and follow‑ups.
