Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Mega / Strategic Project Sales Manager, onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on early project identification, positioning Eaton’s solutions in large-scale projects and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in large projects, preferably electrical, and strong relationships with EPC contractors and C‑level decision makers in KSA.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 10+ years’ experience in large projects, preferably electrical.
• Proven ability to prepare and manage techno‑commercial offers.
• Strong relationships with EPC contractors and key market players in SA.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new project opportunities in the region.
• Maintain relationships with engineering firms, consultants and decision‑makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to define requirements and solution concepts.
• Influence stakeholders to align with Eaton’s portfolio and value proposition.
• Manage project concepts, quotations and follow‑ups in Salesforce.
