Job summary

Catrion Group is seeking a capable Technical Operations Manager to organize, control, and administer maintenance support, technical projects, facilities, and equipment.

You will plan staffing, maintain records, monitor certifications, generate weekly and monthly reports, and provide timely information to senior management.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication in English and Arabic, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize, control, and administer all Technical Operations activities including maintenance, projects, and facilities.
• Plan staffing requirements and provide support to achieve company goals.
• Establish effective information systems for updates, procedures, regulations, and project information.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all Technical Operations activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of management policies, technical information, and employee matters.
• Utilize and maintain office equipment and technical tools.
• Maintain and update Technical Operations statistics, performance data, and reports.
• Ensure reports are received and consolidated for stakeholders.
• Maintain filing, document-control, and information-flow for technical records and correspondence.
• Monitor certifications, permits, and authorizations for Technical Operations staff.
• Coordinate annual inventory of fixed assets and equipment with supervisors.
• Follow up on meetings, action items, and decisions involving Technical Operations leadership.
• Monitor plans, schedules, projects, and initiatives and brief senior management.
• Communicate workforce, administrative, and technical information to senior management.
• Participate in technical meetings and project briefings as required.
• Provide technical and administrative support during peak periods, emergencies, and equipment failures.
