Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience with planning, project control and delivery of 5-star hotels or high-profile projects.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Project Director to establish project control tools.
• Develops and maintains project control reports.
• Liaison with Construction Managers to address interface issues.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Project Director to establish and maintain project control tools.
• Develops, implements, and maintains project control reports.
• Maintains computerized project reports as dictated by the project contractual requirements and Client’s needs.
• Reviews, evaluates and recommends changes to the project documents as required.
• Provides cash flow projections and forecasts.
• Prepare, maintain and up-date Detailed Works planning and program.
• Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report design review progress of Client.
• Other duties as directed.
