Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to maintain hotel facilities and deliver seamless guest experiences. You will oversee maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry, ensuring safety and reliability throughout the property.

Strong leadership and a proactive, service-oriented mindset are essential. You will respond quickly to service requests, document activities, and drive preventive maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests: quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry maintenance across areas.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify needs.
• Document maintenance activities: record inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up.
