Job summary

You will respond quickly to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities to keep the property in top condition while upholding Hilton’s service standards and hospitality mindset.

• Maintain hotel facilities: safety and functionality of property, guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests by guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify needs and address issues
• Document inspections and repairs, flagging issues for follow-up

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
