Qualifications

• Experience in hotel facilities maintenance or similar.
• Ability to perform diverse maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Comfort with preventive maintenance inspections.

• Maintain hotel facilities: ensure functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests and guest calls; manage team member work orders.

• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
