• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team through recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety and compliance of building, systems, and life safety per regulations.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and respond to guest requests and emergencies.
• Direct capital projects and property rehabilitations with budgeting and licensing.
• Drive energy efficiency programs to reduce utility costs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in engineering performance.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership on safety procedures and duty coverage.
