• Lead delivery of a high-rise/super-tall tower project with quality at all stages.
• Maintain exceptional client relationships and act as primary contact.
• Build and guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure projects meet budget and schedule while achieving client goals.
• Oversee design management, construction supervision, cost control, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership through full project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and digital best practices in delivery.
• Represent WSP at senior-level meetings and industry forums.
