ALPHA PLUS in Riyadh is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate technical activities between design, production, project, procurement, and site teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of project requirements.

The role demands a diploma or bachelor’s in a technical field, solid coordination experience, and proficiency with MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus. Face-to-face interviews in Riyadh will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical coordination, project coordination, construction, fit-out, or related fields.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word); AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical requirements between project, design, production, procurement, and site teams.
• Review drawings, technical documents, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and coordination records.
• Support resolving technical coordination issues during project execution.
• Ensure clear communication of project requirements to all departments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending technical actions.
• Assist in preparing trackers and deliverables.
