The role demands a diploma or bachelor’s in a technical field, solid coordination experience, and proficiency with MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus. Face-to-face interviews in Riyadh will be required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical activities between the design, production, project, procurement, and site teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technical requirements between project, design, production, procurement, and site teams. Review drawings, technical documents, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with engineers, designers, project managers, and production teams. Follow up on drawings, material requirements, technical approvals, and project deliverables. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, trackers, and coordination records. Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues during project execution. Ensure project requirements are clearly communicated to relevant departments. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors when required. Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending technical actions. Support the project team with any additional technical coordination requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Previous experience in technical coordination, project coordination, construction, fit-out, exhibitions/events, or a related field is preferred. Good understanding of technical drawings and project documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with multiple departments and manage priorities. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. Good command of English. Must currently be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Face-to-face interview in Riyadh is mandatory. Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
