The ideal candidate enjoys both technology and customer interactions, and can learn new products quickly while coordinating with sales and technical teams.

Qualificações

• Technical background in IT, electronics, or networking.
• Comfortable installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Able to explain technical products in simple language.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Support the sales team during meetings and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Configure and set up hardware and software for demonstrations and deployments.
• Install, test and troubleshoot systems before delivery to customers.
• Assist customers with technical issues and basic support.
• Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity and configuration problems.
• Maintain records of installations and support cases.
• Learn new products and solutions introduced by the company.
