About the Role

As Team Manager, you will be a key ambassador for Burberry, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding client experiences while driving store performance across all product categories. This role requires a hands‑on leader with a proven track record in luxury retail, exceptional relationship‑building skills, and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing, customer‑focused team
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring the highest service standards
  • Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty
  • Act as a brand and product ambassador on the shop floor
  • Support training and development of team members, ensuring product knowledge and compliance standards are maintained
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to drive business growth
