Job summary

This role ensures maximum plant availability through preventive maintenance, asset management, engineering compliance, and a high-performing multi-skilled workforce.

Lead a team focused on reliability, automation, utilities, and critical plant systems to drive safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-growing FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' Engineering Management experience in manufacturing.
• Food, Dairy, or Beverage industry experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation, utilities, and plant operations.
• Proven leadership of multi-skilled engineering teams.
• Strong Health & Safety and Quality Systems knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
