Job summary

Almarai Company is seeking a Senior Team Manager for Jeddah, KSA to drive continuous improvements in quality based on customer complaints, non-conformities, and hygiene audits.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in QA within food/bakery sectors, and strong root-cause analysis, with fluency in Arabic and English. Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in Food or Bakery industries.
• Experience leading investigations into customer complaints and QA incidents.
• Strong root cause analysis and preventive action skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

About the Role:

Senior Team Manager – Jeddah, KSA

Core Purpose of the job:

Initiate, identify, manage and follow-up of all continuous improvements triggered via customer complaints, non-compliances, refer delivery non compliances, rejects and dumps, hygiene audits by ensuring continual proactive approach to Operations.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Food or Bakery Industry.
• Proven experience in leading investigations into customer complaints, food safety incidents, and quality deviations on products and raw materials.
• Experience in root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excell, Word, etc).
