Job summary

Waad Education Schools in Jeddah is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate motivates students, fosters partnerships with parents, and collaborates with the faculty to deliver engaging lessons that meet international standards.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher with a teaching license (PGCE/QTS or equivalent), at least 3 years of international curriculum experience (BSO/IB), strong subject mastery, and solid classroom management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant subject area.
• Teaching license or PGCE/QTS or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with exposure to international curricula (BSO, IB, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in the subject matter.
• Excellent classroom management and teaching skills.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
• NPQ or equivalent qualifications are a plus.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.
• Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.

• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
• Proven teaching qualifications, professional teaching license, or equivalent (e.g., PGCE / QTS / or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with exposure to international curricula such as BSO, IB, or others.
• Strong proficiency in the subject matter.
• Well-developed teaching skills and classroom management abilities.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
• Additional professional development qualifications, such as NPQ, are considered a strong advantage.
