Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh region seeks a TCC Liaison Officer to coordinate between the Transportation Control Centre and field teams during metro O&M. You will support real‑time decision making, incident response, and ensure safe, reliable service across the network.

You will work under pressure, manage information flow, coordinate dispatches, and collaborate with O&M contractors and Employer representatives to uphold safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or metro/rail operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems and control room operations.
• Experience in incident management and operational coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high‑pressure, real‑time environments.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Familiarity with operational procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination between the TCC and operational teams.
• Ensure efficient traffic management and continuity across the metro network.
• Act as the primary liaison during incident response and service disruptions.
• Ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution of operational issues.
• Support TCC in real‑time monitoring and operational decision‑making.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure alignment with field teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely information flow between TCC and on‑ground personnel.
• Assist in development and implementation of incident management protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with O&M Contractors, technical teams, and Employer representatives.
• Support operational reviews, reporting, and performance assessments.
