Job summary

Alstom is hiring a Maintenance Operations & Work Package Coordinator in Riyadh to support the Sub System Manager and ensure the successful execution of the ODYC work package. You will collaborate with project management, engineering and operations to develop and follow a robust mobilization plan and monitor progress.

You will create and monitor KPIs, track action plans and provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics while handling TSM petty cash and leading weekly operation

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sub System Manager in overseeing the work package in ODYC.
• Developing and maintaining the mobilization plan to ensure project readiness.
• Reporting to the line manager any issues related to the Sub System Manager's work package.
• Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and performance.
• Following up on action plans to ensure timely execution.
• Providing regular updates and reports on project status and performance metrics.
• Take charge of TSM petty cash to support the maintenance activities.
• Lead weekly operation meetings and maintain trackers and communicate MOMs.
• Support maintenance teams with purchase request and define general requirements when needed.
