Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh region seeks a TCC Liaison Officer to coordinate between the Transportation Control Centre and field teams during metro O&M. You will support real‑time decision making, incident response, and ensure safe, reliable service across the network.

You will work under pressure, manage information flow, coordinate dispatches, and collaborate with O&M contractors and Employer representatives to uphold safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or metro/rail operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems and control room operations.
• Experience in incident management and operational coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high‑pressure, real‑time environments.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Familiarity with operational procedures and safety standards.

The TCC Liaison Officer plays a critical role in ensuring effective coordination between the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) and operational teams during the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase of a metro system. This role supports smooth traffic management, efficient incident handling, and seamless communication across all stakeholders. The TCC Liaison Officer contributes to real‑time operational decision‑making, ensures timely information flow, and helps maintain service reliability and safety standards. The position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work in high‑pressure environments, and experience in metro or transportation systems.

Your role
